Case Study Overview
Our client is a Professional Services leader with offices in the US and a growing presence in Europe & Asia. They wanted us to assess their travel program to fully understand current issues and opportunities (they had a 38% compliance rate) after a first attempt at program consolidation. They also needed to assess how effective they were in leveraging travel related spend with suppliers. As part of the engagement, we conducted an assessment & benchmark of their program and developed a strategic plan to reduce resource impact and risks while improving ROI and associate participation. We also provided a two-year roadmap to a TCO baseline and management model.
