Graham Ruskin

Graham is responsible for leading the achievement of TCG’s organizational performance and guiding our vision within established short and also mid-to-long term company plans. A predominant and recurring emphasis is also placed on helping clients increase organizational Spend-Under-Management (SUM) and drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO-TMPE®) adoption to enable scalable program savings, revenue and user acceptance opportunities.

Additional company responsibilities include executive sponsorship of key clients and direct oversight of strategic industry alliances. Utilizing Graham’s comprehensive industry experience across TMPE, he has attended and been selected as a featured speaker at numerous industry events.

Darcy Taylor

Darcy is responsible for the strategic direction, scalable performance and operational oversight of TCG’s Global Delivery. She also serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for global, multi-national, and domestic clients spanning numerous industry verticals and program configurations.

Darcy brings 28 years’ experience and leadership to her role with comprehensive expertise in managing global travel, card & expense management, government compliance, accounting, forecasting, and system implementation.

Paul Fernandez

Paul is responsible for all TCG operational delivery, business development and marketing activities in the EMEA region.  He leads a team of tenured Subject Matter Experts assigned to Advisory and Program Management engagements, focused on broadening our client’s Spend-Under-Management and driving Total Cost of Ownership plans through TCO-TMPE® methodology adoption.

Paul brings 18 years of senior management and industry experience across Travel, Meetings, Payment and Expense, with on the ground experience of managing integrated programs across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Andrew Greene

Andrew’s global practice leadership spans across business development, engagement delivery, client management and overall practice performance and growth.

Andrew has more than 16 years of industry experience in a variety of consultative sales and leadership roles and is a subject matter expert on e-payable solutions and payment optimization strategy. Areas of focus include building collaborative relationships to meet client’s needs to strengthen their business, as well as tracking and evaluating client portfolios for vendor analysis reporting.

As TCG’s VP, Practice Lead for Expense & Invoice, Edward is responsible for business development, client relationships, engagement delivery and overall global strategy of the E&I practice. Edward manages a global team of experienced E&I resources that help deliver successful engagements across all industries.

Edward has over 10 years experience in software sales, SaaS implementation and management consulting.  His work with clients spans across all industries both domestic and global.

Jim Coufal

Jim is VP, Consulting Delivery. He has led and successfully completed complex and diverse global engagements for clients across multiple industries and geographies. Jim is responsible for advisory oversight to elevate our practices and also still actively participates in many of TCG’s highest priority client assignments.

With over 29 combined years of experience in corporate travel, finance operations, and business processes, Jim leverages his comprehensive perspective and experience with a thorough understanding of current ERP systems, expense management technologies, decision support models, and integration strategies to deliver optimized solutions for TCG clients.

VP, Procurement Category - Travel Design & Realization

Desiree French

Desiree is the VP, Procurement Category – Travel Design & Realization at TCG and is responsible for travel procurement team leadership, successful engagement delivery and the progression of our client-centric air, hotel, and ground procurement solutions, ensuring our clients yield quantifiable and scalable results. Emphasis is also placed on the integration of travel across meetings, payment & expense (TMPE).

She is a recognized corporate travel expert and has over 30 years of experience in the industry. Her passion for travel and meetings, and, deep knowledge of corporate travel management, and, business development, has earned the respect of many travel industry suppliers, and clients.

Associate Director, APAC Consulting Delivery

Pom Corpuz

Pom is responsible for all TCG operational delivery, business development and marketing activities in the APAC region. She leads operational and resource oversight for TCG’s Global Business Service Center (GBSC) in Manila. Additionally she serves as the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) in supporting various regional to global TMPE (Travel, Meetings, Payments and Expense) engagements across the APAC region.

Pom brings over 15 years of industry experience in managing regional to global programs with expertise in change management, program optimization, consolidation, compliance and integration.

Patrick Heinzelman

Patrick is responsible for global sales, operations and strategy leadership across client management, project delivery and business development related activities. Additionally, he is leading the advancement of TCG’s strategy and processes for data collection, analysis and benchmarking across the organization, with our most significant differentiator (TCO-TMPE®) at the core of this essential leadership responsibility.

Patrick has over 20 years of experience in spearheading business development and corporate strategy while creating adjacent and emerging business categories with a concentration in technology, finance, and strategic partnerships. Patrick takes a solution-oriented approach to strategy, from constantly challenging the status quo to identify the next opportunity.

Pam Montag

Pam oversees TCG’s functional operations across all facets of Client Delivery, Finance, Human Resources and Administration. A long-standing leader within the management team of TCG, Pam drives efficiencies and ensures engagement quality.

Pam has 30 years of extensive experience at the senior executive level in Finance, Accounting, Strategic Planning, HR, IT, Purchasing and Distribution groups.

Greg Brown

Greg is responsible for oversight of the company’s internal and external financial reporting and its financial direction.

Greg has 30+ years of serving entrepreneurs and the companies that they create in a variety of industries, and in both management and investor roles.  He is particularly adept at helping those who are not finance experts understand financial concepts, leading to an enhanced organizational ability to recognize and deliver optimal financial results for all stakeholders.

James is responsible for the Legal, Risk and Compliance functions at TCG. He is also engaged in the development, execution and delivery of both global and Asia Pacific  organizational initiatives and client assignments.

James brings 20 years of global and in-region client management, corporate advisory and legal experience. He collaborates with TCG’s subject matter experts across all lines of business in creating innovative client centric solutions that increasingly involve a confluence of complex legal, technological, regulatory, compliance and risk factors.

Luna Ness

Luna is responsible for brand management, driving brand awareness, and reinforcing TCG’s core messages, innovation, and offerings. She leads the marketing team developing end-to-end global marketing campaign efforts providing valuable insights, offerings, and  industry updates to our clients and prospects.  In addition, she leads the management of DISEC+, TCG’s communication and change management service for travel, meetings, payment and expense.

Luna has 15 years of graphic & digital design, visual communication, and development of client and partnership enablement tools, UX, and marketing experience.
