Graham is based out of TCG’s headquarters in Charlotte, NC and leads global business development for TCG. His leadership responsibilities include the management of global sales functions spanning across strategic planning, forecasting, new client acquisition, client oversight/expansion and the global coordination of key revenue generation activities. Graham also serves as Executive Sponsor for select TCG client relationships, providing direct engagement oversight to ensure client expectations and project objectives are consistently surpassed.
Since joining TCG in 2013, several business development targets, new client goals and company objectives have been achieved and subsequently raised to enable TCG’s continued growth.
Graham possesses comprehensive industry knowledge across travel, meetings, payment & expense (TMPE), has attended numerous industry events and worked with regional/global organizations from all leading industries. Throughout Graham’s career he has achieved multiple sales awards and recognitions, authored sales development and training programs and implemented many successful revenue generation strategies.
