Desiree French

Senior Practice Director, Global Program Design and Delivery

Desiree leads TCG’s Global Program Design and Delivery Practice. She leads the strategy, sourcing, implementation, and support functions that enable operational delivery. Desiree has more than 30 years of industry experience in leadership roles across multiple agency and corporate functions.

Prior to TCG, she spent a number of years in leadership roles with global technology firms and travel agencies across the industry. Her extensive work globally includes experience managing programs in diverse countries and regions for extended periods – Italy, Germany, Hong Kong, etc. In these roles Desiree led program implementation and training on a variety of travel technology solutions and processes, delivering and managing cultural understanding in very diverse markets.

Jim Coufal

Senior Practice Director, Global Payment, Expense and Invoice Management Practice

Jim leads TCG’s Global Payment, Expense and Invoice Management Practice. He has led and completed complex and diverse global engagements for clients across multiple industries and geographies. With over 29 combined years of experience in corporate travel, finance operations, and business processes, he leverages his comprehensive perspective and experience with a thorough understanding of current ERP systems, expense management technologies, decision support models, and integration strategies to deliver optimized solutions for TCG clients. Jim earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Nebraska and his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California.

Kim Meck

Practice Leader, Global Meetings

Kim leads TCG’s Global Meetings Practice, managing and delivering Meetings Program advisory engagements for both domestic and global TCG Consulting clients. Her experience spans more than 27 years of corporate travel, meeting and expense sourcing and management.

Prior to joining TCG, Kim directed multiple segments of the corporate travel and meeting programs for a global Fortune 500 company. She has also held sales and management roles at leading hotel chains including Hilton, Radisson, and Omni.

Kim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Southwest Minnesota State University as well as an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. A longtime leader within industry associations ACTE & GBTA, she has represented local chapters by serving on the educational planning committee and Board of Directors. Kim also attained her Meeting Planner certification and has participated on multiple advisory and benchmarking groups within the travel, hotel and meetings industry in the Twin Cities area.

Scott Stachowiak

Leader, Global Air Practice

Scott Stachowiak serves as Leader for TCG Consulting’s Global Air Practice overseeing & contributing to global client engagement delivery across TCG’s complete scope of advisory & management airline services. Scott brings to his role more than 25 years of industry and airline supplier experience where he held responsibilities for e-commerce & frequent flier programs, GDS negotiations, new distribution capabilities, sales, marketing, industry relations, government relations, corporate finance, and accounting.

Prior to joining TCG, Scott served as Senior Manager of Air Strategy and Global Supplier Relations for a multinational travel and meetings program management company. Additionally, his experience includes leadership roles within an industry-leading business technology and services consulting company, NRG/Reliant Energy Retail and 22 years working for former Continental Airlines where he held the position of Director of Distribution Strategy & Analysis.

Scott earned his undergraduate degree in Finance/Economics and received an MBA with an Accounting focus from Texas A&M University.

Paul Fernandez

General Manager – Management Services EMEA: London, UK

Paul leads EMEA based engagements for TCG and provides regional subject matter expertise and delivery support for EMEA regional components of global client engagements.  He is an expert in operational process evaluation, reengineering, and implementation.

Paul has 12 years of travel industry leadership experience includes implementing and managing complex programs in diverse countries and regions.  Prior to joining TCG, he served as European Travel Manager for a leading global technology, engineering, procurement and construction company operating in the hydrocarbons and government services industries. He also spent three years as a Middle East Regional Travel Manager based in Dubai. Paul holds dual Spanish and British citizenship and speaks several different languages.


Pom Corpuz

General Manager, Management Services - APAC

Pom brings more than 12 years of experience supporting various corporate travel programs with a key focus on regional program and operations management. She has worked with global companies from various scales on policy and program optimization, understanding data trends, project management covering the end-to-end RFP to implementation process including regional/global travel integration and consolidation. Her experience also includes change management, developing standard processes and procedures and identifying solutions while aligning with client scope and deliverables.
