Strategy

We work to leverage SME, build benchmarks to develop and plan and a roadmap, oversee travel services throughout the organization to include program enabler (travel agency), online booking tool, corporate card, airlines, hotels, ground transportation, GDS, and other related vendors and offer consultation related to Travel, Meetings, Payment and Expense (TMPE).

Supplier Management

We become the primary point of contact for supplier negotiated programs and supplier management with a focus on continuous improvement, increased savings in collaboration with internal procurement and TCG –SMEs, and risk management. We also define and manage key performance metrics within travel supplier categories to ensure program effectiveness.

Reporting

We define reporting options available and stakeholder expectations, provide training, education and communications on travel-related opportunities and new program services and identify key reporting metrics and establish a methodology for communicating on patterns, trends, and adherence to travel policy requirements.

Risk Management

We participate on Crisis Management team along with Human Resources, Legal, and other stakeholder groups, work with key suppliers and available reporting options and compliment corporate program by adding value through recommendations or identifying best practices.
