September 30, 2021

It is with great pride to acknowledge that September marked TCG’s 27th year anniversary, hallmarked with numerous company milestones and achievements.

With my tenure at TCG commencing in 2013, I’ve had the privilege to be a part of incredible growth and countless client, partner, and broader industry ventures. With COVID-19 producing a period in time that none of us could have foreseen; I am frequently reminded that together, we are resilient, transformative, and adaptive. These resounding TCG earned competencies and results provide us with the forum to celebrate our 27th year, with a growth-focused vision for the future.

I would also like to utilize this milestone to extend another thank you and congratulations to Albert Taras, founder of TCG Consulting and current Executive Advisor. It goes without saying we would not be here today without his insight, guidance, and leadership. Together we will continue to deliver on TCG’s mission of helping organizations transform and optimize global Travel, Meetings, Payment & Expense (TMPE). Surpassing company milestones and setting goals higher and higher is never a simple achievement – as Albert has frequently stated, “If it were easy, everyone would do it.”

With unprecedented occurrences resulting from COVID-19 impacting every aspect of our industry; today TCG is developing, implementing, and managing solutions for our clients. Moreover, TCG is guiding them to ask the right questions – extending far beyond the predominant ask question of “when will business travel return?” and placing additional emphasis on the “what, where, how and why.” This ensures we are assembling scalable solutions that integrate and optimize the right metrics, tools, systems, processes, andclient-centric strategies.

As we progress into the last quarter of 2021, and setting the stage for a momentous 2022, we plan to invest equal time in what has occurred and those activities that we must prioritize moving forward. We will continue to place our industry leading Total Cost of Ownership for Travel, Meetings, Payment & Expense (TCO-TMPE®) at the core of our transformative solutions and endeavors as we continue to learn from the industry, our clients, partners and most importantly each other. Managing through and beyond this unprecedented industry disruption will yield even greater go-forward opportunities, this confidence continues to drive us all.

Certainly, beyond question, I would like to share a profound recognition of gratitude to our TCG team, clients, and partners for your valued support as I have transitioned into the role of President, proudly leading TCG to remain “Who We Are” – always.

To many more successful years to come.

Sincerely,

Graham Ruskin

President
