SAP® Asia Pacific Japan Awards TCG with Partner Excellence Award 2021 for SAP® Concur® Solutions

Global Headquarters Charlotte, NC — February 24, 2021

TCG Consulting announced today it is the recipient of an SAP® Asia Pacific Japan Award for Partner Excellence 2021 for SAP® Concur® Solutions. Awards were presented by SAP (NYSE: SAP) to the top-performing SAP partners in the Asia Pacific Japan (APJ) region that have made outstanding contributions to driving digital transformation for businesses that use SAP solutions. Recipients of this year’s awards have been – in partnership with SAP – helping customers adopt innovation easily, gain results rapidly, grow sustainably and run more simply with SAP solutions.

“This award reflects both individual and collaborative dedication to the quality of our work and emphasis on client-centric and scalable results. As our clients continue to embark on a journey of increased spend identification, leverage and optimization, we believe SAP Concur solutions and services are key enablers to help organizations measure and manage comprehensive, end-to-end programs.” -Graham, Ruskin TCG’s Managing Director, Advisory Services.

TCG’s industry leading and patented Total Cost of Ownership for Travel, Meetings, Payment & Expense (TCO-TMPE®) includes a foundation of a broader spend-under-management vision.

The resulting transformation roadmap to operationalize incremental savings, revenue and new user acceptance opportunities is embedded in the TCO-TMPE® platform.

Selected from SAP’s wide-ranging partner base, nominations for the SAP Partner Excellence Awards were based on internal SAP sales data. A steering committee composed of regional and global SAP representatives determined winning partners in each category according to numerous criteria such as sales achievement and performance. Awards were presented in a variety of categories, including overall sales, innovation, technology, services, and solution-specific areas.

“Partners across Asia Pacific Japan play a crucial role in driving customer success through co-innovation, their strong industry expertise and ability to drive positive business benefits. The SAP Partner Excellence Awards exemplify the shared purpose, commitment and success that allows our partners, together with SAP, to help our customers thrive,” said Ben Corser, senior vice president, head of channels and partners, SAP APJ. “To that end, I am pleased to recognize and congratulate TCG Consulting as the recipient of this SAP Partner Excellence Award 2021 for SAP Concur Solutions. We look forward to building on this partnership with TCG Consulting in 2021.”

“TCG’s regional and global strategic alliance with SAP is now represented by over 16 years of organizational collaboration and numerous client-centric successful and scalable program outcomes. We look forward to continued collaborations with the SAP Concur APJ region in 2021 and beyond, providing solutions to client needs.” – Graham Ruskin

With early customer engagements focused on first-time expense management automation, globalization and integration with front-end travel; today, the significant majority of SAP Concur solutions and TCG’s client-centric delivery is placed on helping organizations continue to design and implement scalable spend under management optimization.

Considering both individual company and much broader market implications as travel resumes, simply restarting a travel and expense (T&E) program to a pre-COVID state will not suffice.

Organizations must transform based on all components of end-to-end program cost and T&E related user impacts. TCG projects that this required and urgent T&E program transformation will directly engage several businesses using SAP Concur solutions in the APJ region, with several scalable and global resulting outcomes.

TCG Consulting received its award during the Customer Success Summit 2021, a gathering of SAP executives, SAP field employees and partners. Formerly called SAP Field Kick-Off Meeting, this is SAP’s largest yearly sales meeting intended to gain and exchange information on SAP’s strategy, sales methodology, business growth opportunities and product innovations as well as drive success during the upcoming year.
