Comprehensive Plan

The Assessment provides a comprehensive analysis of your program that includes modeling your contracts against your spend data.  In this approach, we look at your share for each airline and/or hotel agreement performance targets, gaps in contract coverage, policy protocols, benchmarking your agreements for quality of discounts, and whether your agreements are structured properly relative to your overall program needs based on real-time and current reduced supplier capacity.
